On behalf of the International Dart Federation, as president of IDF, I am calling the extraordinary general assembly with the following agenda:

- Nomination of the president of the assembly and of the general secretary of the assembly

- Approval of the agenda

- Re-Certification of the members

- Move IDF headquarters from Swiss to Italy - creation of the new entity in Italy and close the entity in Swiss under the fiscal point of view

- Approval of the Statutes

- Approval of the Policies

- Election of the board

- Appointment of the CEO

- Approval of the following membership:

- International Sport Culture Association

- The Association for International Sport for All

- International Council Coaching Excellence

- Global Esport Federation

- Sport and Sustainability

- International Fair Play Committee

- European Fair Play Movement

- United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change

- United Nations Climate Change

- Green Sport Alliance

- UNAOC – United Nations Alliance of Climate

- ICCSPE – International Council Coach Sport Physical Education

- Virtus

- World Ability

- International Sport Network Organization

- Cooperation with WDF

The EGM will be held online and in Bolzano, Via Luigi Galvani, 6/C, 39100 Bolzano BZ, Italia.

The EGM will be at first call at the 20th of September 2023 at 6:00 AM and, at second call, at the 20th of September 2023 at 19:00 Italian time.
