Next Generation Congress: an amazing milestone for IDF!

The first congress of the IDF Next Generation project was held in Bolzano, at the Fiera di Bolzano, Bolzano Messe, during the Italian Soft Darts National Championships on the 24/25/26 of May 2024.


On Friday Afternoon, after the registration of the guests and of the partecipants IDF had the pleasure to organize a visit to the Kellerei Cantina Kaltern.
The guests had the opportunity to try 5 different wines and taste amazing local food and enjoy the trip.


After the visit to the Kanteen IDF organize a quick visit to the Caldato Lake.


The day after, in the morning a series of private meetings and important networking session have been organized by IDF, speifically, we had the opportunity to have the presence of FIGeST President, Enzo Casadidio, the GAWSF Chairman of the Executive Committee, Prof. Kuong Hon Che, the President of the International Sport for All Federation, Mr Isa Abdulrahim Mohammed, the Panathlon International Past President, Mr Giacomo Santini, the IDF President, Mr Alexander Von Egen, the ISO and ISNO President, Ms Anita Pariani, and Mr Giovanni Gallo, Executive Board Member of the NOC of Italy, Head of the IOC, NOCs, IFs, relationships for FISpT and Sport for all director for IDF.


In the afternoon, IDF had the possibility to start the Congress having the honour to have the NOC International Relantionships Director Avv. Francesca Macioce. We need also to thank the various partners that have sent the material relating their entity and project related to the Next Generation.


The Congress started with the award ceremony. IDF had the opportunity to give some Certificate of appreciation to all the different managers and sportsmen that worked on the development of the federation.


During the congress the IDF officially signed the MOU with the Panathlon International having a new partner joining the great Next GenerationProject of our federation.


The congress finished wth the final remarks of the president and the Next Generation Sport for all Trophy!


During all the competition it was fulfilled the idea of sustanability, according to the proclamation of IDF, using recycled glasses and proper misures agreed with the LOC.


During all the competition there was settled a Next Generation place where the VIP can play for free and children and guests can play dart for free. In this stand it was held also the first Sport for all Trophy.


The big event was finished with the amazing award ceremony with all the VIP on the main stage.
