IDF World Soft Darts Championships

IDF is happy to present the IDF World Soft Darts Championships!
It will take place from the 26th of October 2025 to the 31st of October 2025 in Šamorín, Dubová 2254/33, 931 01 Šamorín-Čilistov, Slovakia.


Attached the accommodation reservation form for the World Championships taking place from 25 to 31 October 2025. We have secured a total of 120 rooms in total capacity of 480 beds.
 Apartments are furnished as two-bedroom apartments. Each bedroom has 2 full sized beds.  The optimal use of each apartment is to accommodate four persons. If possible, we kindly ask you to prioritize this arrangement option, as it will allow us to provide accommodation to the maximum number of participants.



Tournament general rules:
Tournaments registration will by provided online. The platform for online registration will be announced in next days.  Each player is required to register through this portal. It is not possible to register directly at the tournament venue. However, all players registered online are required to confirm their presence at the referees' desk no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the tournament.

Alcohol rules announcement:
During World Championships there will be not allowed to bring alcoholic beverages into playing zone. Players not respecting this rule take a risk of disqualification from the tournament.

Dress code definition.
Compulsory dress code is required from players in last 8 position in individual competitions (singles, doubles, triples) of WCH tournaments and last 4 in team competitions. Dress code is also required during opening ceremony (teams called on stage) and prize giving ceremony.
The prescribed dress code is the following items of clothing. Long black throusers, club or national jersey minimum short sleeves, casual or sport shoes with fully covered front and back side.
A dress code appropriate to all players the importance of the World Cup event is recommended for all players. We kindly request all players to respect its importance. We hope everybody realize, that represent country, club or himself/herself during World Championship.
Prohibited clothes are shorts, leggings, shirts without sleeves, beach shoes, sandals. Clothes with offensive inscriptions, vulgar inscriptions,  inscriptions damaging the name of the IDF organization, the organizer, or any of the event partners.
Players are not allowed to wear clothes with logos of organizations or companies, that are in conflict of interests with IDF, organizers, or tournament partners. 

Entrance fees explanation.
Each entrance fee will be split into parts. Each part of the tournament fees will be used different way. The amount 3 Eur from each entrance fee (individual competitions) and 15 Eur each entrance (teams World Cup competitions) will be given to organizers, to help them to cover tournament costs. Rest of the entrance fees will be used for prize money to players according to tournament plan explanation.

Prize Money.
All prize money are brutto, means before tax. According to Slovak law authority, if there will be prize money higher than 350 Eur (individually), it will be taxed in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic. It say each Eur above 350 Eur of prize money is taxed 19%.
For example, if there will be prize money 450 Eur, 350 Eur form this amount is free of tax, and 100 Eur will be taxed 19%. It means, the prize money 450 Eur will be reduced due to tax to amount 431 Eur (450-19=431 Eur).
Prize money giving. Each player, who will reach prize money has to present himself/herself by ID card while he comes for prize money to referee desk.

Tournaments descriptions.

WCH TOURNAMENTS INDIVIDUALS, DOUBLES,TRIPLES:
For players with IDF licence. There is no quantity limitation for nations.

WCH TOURNAMENTS TEAMS COMPETITIONS :
In the teams Championship, there is only one men´s and one ladie´s team allowed to participate for each nation with IDF Licence Players.

WCH BULL-SHOOTER TOURNAMENTS :
Due to limited number of bull-shooter dartboards there will be a quantity limitation for players to participate on bull-shooter competitions only for IDF License Players. Those tournaments will be only for nominated players. Nomination is on each nations. There will be maximum  64 men and 32 women in bull-shooter competition. Nomination quantities are as follows.

Men´s competitions :
All countries with more than 1000 registered players plus host country,  will receive 4 men and 2 ladies nomination quantity.
4 nominated – Italy, Spain, Germany, Czech republic,  Switzerland, Slovakia = 24 players
2 nominated – Croatia, France, Slovenia, Poland, Hungary, Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, Finland, Serbia, Montenegro = 22 players.
That counts 46 players at all. There are few places up to 64 players opened, prepared for possible overseas players to attend.

Women´s competitions :
2 nominated – Italy, Spain, Germany, Czech republic,  Switzerland, Slovakia = 12 players
1 nominated – Croatia, France, Slovenia, Poland, Hungary, Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, Finland, Serbia, Montenegro = 11 players.

That counts 23 players at all. There are few places up to 23 players opened, prepared for possible overseas players to attend.
For doubles competition, each country can nominate 1 double to participate.
If there will be not overseas (non European) players coming, IDF sport commission will modify nomination quantity and offer other countries additional places for their players. 
Bull-shooter competitions will be played in KO format. Each match in format best of 5.

OPEN TOURNAMENTS:
All those tournaments are offered to players, that do not play any other running tournament of the program. Tournaments schedules will be actualized at the day of play, according to actual situation with main tournaments. Due to this please note, there might be possibility to upgrade time of tournaments start.

LUCKY LOSER TOURNAMENTS:
Tournaments offering to players, who were eliminated from other tournaments at actual day and not playing any other running tournament, or tournament in near day plan.

JACKPOT:
Jackpot is new additional activity. Its easy game to give other players, no matter what quality, to win a prize money. A part of entrance fee from each OPEN tournament (10%) will be used for this game. During the period, when tournament runs, there will be 3 players from start list randomly chosen to play Jackpot.
Chosen players will be called up on stage. First chosen player will pick up some number from 21-40 randomly. Then they will have three darts to finish chosen number. They cannot bust, they will have to finish exact number in SINGLE OUT mode. If they succeed, the will win Jackpot. If not, there will be chance to win Jackpot to another chosen player.  If second player do not win, there will be chance for third player. If no one from three chosen players win, there will be collected amount moved to next day Jackpot.
Jackpot game will be played between 2-3 PM next day. For example, there will be OPEN tournaments played on Saturday October 25th. Three players will be chosen and announced. Next day afternoon, chosen players will be called up on stage to play. The same process will be following each day of the tournament.
Example, how will be Jackpot accumulated. If we collect 180 Eur from entrance fees on Saturday October 25th., that amount will be divided into 3 equal parts ( 3 x 60 Eur). First player will try to win 60 Eur, if he succeed, another player will play also for 60 Eur. If first player will not succeed, prize money for second player will be increased on 60+60=120 Eur. If second player will succeed, he will win 120 Eur. If not, 120 Eur will be moved as prize money to third player. Means, third player will play for 180 Eur.
If no one player succeed, 180 Eur will be moved to next day Jackpot.
