IDF is happy to announce the go live of the IDF Online Software.
This software will be composed of three different pillars, each of these pillars will be essential for the future of IDF.
The first pillar will be the membership management.

The second pillar will be the ranking management, keeping records of the individual results, of the champions league results and having a personal page for each national federation and player where you can find the full history of the user. This part will include the registration and the payment to the competitions and the function to upload national and international tournaments results.
The third pillar is the competition management. The software will manage the competition directly, the matches without the needs of other software.
IDF is happy to present the first pillar of the software.
Finally, the Individual memberships and the organization memberships are directly managed by a software able to store all the information and manage the payments online, fulfilling the highest GDPR requirements and the transparency and accountability needs of a modern organization.
To the software house we have provided an ad hoc email to support our members in the first step, assuring to each of the members of IDF the opportunity to have a private demo and a specific private training session to do the first membership registration and to start using the Software properly. The email is software@idfdarts.org.
To access the software each country will need to use the official IDF email that IDF already provides to all the members.

The Software will be used to register players at any competition of IDF from now on, including the World Championships 2025. After all the members have concluded the registration of the players, the registration of the documents and all the information needed to complete the assessment, IDF will start the second step presenting the second pillar.

To activate the email and to access to it, you need to:
Go to the following website: https://webmail.aruba.it/
Put in the username your email: email@idfdarts.org
Put in the chosen password or the first password given by IDF
The first time you sign in to the mailbox, the system may ask to set a new password. After you have signed in, the account is created and activated. If you did not activate your email, the first entry password is “Password123!”. Let us know when you have done the procedure by sending an email to office@federdarts.org.
