The International Dart Federation is happy to announce that it has joned the Global Esport Federation as member!
IDF is always pushing the esport idea in darts and it is the governing body of dart esports and e-darts.
The actual membership grant one more time this status to the IDF, confirming the strong development of the last year.

The Board of the Global Esports Federation would very much welcome the nomination of a representative from IDF to join the GEF working group of International Federations. We truly believe that the input and support of IDF to this focus group would be instrumental." These are the words of Mr Paul J. Foster, Chief Executive Officer of GEF.

The GEF Board provides supervision and guidance to the strategies of the GEF and its Executive Leadership Team. The terms of the GEF Constitution outline the responsibilities of the Board, elected for a period of four years. The Board draws experience from experts and global leaders in the realms of esports, sport, technology, and business.
The GEF has established expert Commissions and Councils as key components of its governance structure with the overarching ambition to inform, guide, drive, and support the development of tangible initiatives and programs that serve the world’s esports community. Reporting to the GEF Board, the GEF Commissions and Councils are led by the GEF Board Members and relevant industry leaders supporting the GEF Executive in shaping the strategy for the organization.
